We are pleased to launch our series of winter training talks. All the talks are free and last 1 hour starting at 19:00.
You can attend as many of the talks based on the topics you are interested in. The talks are informal and there will be plenty opportunity to ask our coaches advice and experience to help you with all aspect of endurance sport.
Swim Technique - Monday 21st November
Coach Kevin will be diving into swim technique and looking at common stroke flaws and how each of them can be corrected. Whether you struggle with breathing and want to learn to be able to swim more efficiently or looking for ways to improve your technique to swim faster this talk will definitely help you.
Turbo Training - Monday 28th November
Back with Coach Ken for a discussion around Indoor bike training and giving you ways to improve your fitness using the turbo trainer and ensuring the turbo trainer becomes a toll for helping you improve rather than a necessary evil
