121 Swim Clinic

The session is tailored around the swimmer and their goals with detailed focus on improving technique and efficiency.

Throughout the session the swimmer will be guided on how to improve their technique and will leave the session with clear information on how they can continue to improve their swimming.



Swim Video Analysis

Similar to the 121 swim clinic sessions but includes video analysis from above and below the water.

The video analysis session can gives swimmers additional insight into what their technique looks like  

Swimmers will receive copies of the videos following the session.



Hannah Miley is a triple Olympian having represented Team GB at Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio 2016 including double Commonwealth champion, European & World Medalist. She is passionate about helping others discover the joy of swimming and with her vast experience and attention to detail she can give you all the tools and knowledge you need to swim further, faster or just improve your confidence in the water.

Each session is 60 minutes long using the Total Endurance Endless Pool. These sessions are tailored to the individual swimmer and their goals.
