Delivery Information

WHEN WE DISPATCH ORDERS

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed, if the requested items are in stock. 

DELIVERY COSTS - UK

We calculate delivery costs according to your delivery choice: either delivered to your chosen address or collected for free in person from our shop in Aberdeen.

We offer free tracked UK delivery on orders over £100.  

Please refer to our delivery options below, which lists how much we charge with a corresponding estimated arrival time.

In the unlikely event that your order is returned back to Total Endurance due to a failed delivery, then a re-delivery fee will be charged. Please note that customers wishing to cancel orders at this stage will have any postage costs deducted from their refund.

CLICK & COLLECT FROM TOTAL ENDURANCE [FREE]

Orders placed before 3pm:

Where items are in stock will be available for collection on the same day for free from our store;

Orders placed after 3pm will be available for collection on the following day. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on the Monday.

Please note that when you pick up your order in person you need to bring along the following items:

  • Order confirmation
  • Proof of identification (e.g. driving licence, student card)

DELIVERIES TO THE UNITED KINGDOM

For deliveries to the UK, we offer free delivery when your order value is greater than £100

Orders that are less than £100, you can select either 3 - 7 days delivery which costs £3.99 or if you are in a hurry for your order you can select 48 hours delivery which costs £8.99.

Bike ordered are shipped with Paisley Freight, and usually collected within 48 hours of your order

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If a product shows as contact us for availability it might not necessarily be out of stock so please get in touch if you are looking to order a specific product and you can't see if it is available in the shop. 

MISSING PARCELS

In the unlikely event of your parcel is not delivered within the expected time frame, as the sender we will be endeavor to locate your parcel in a timely manner.

This means that once the courier classes a parcel as lost (15 working days Royal Mail UK deliveries, 28 working days Royal Mail International Deliveries), we can process a replacement or refund immediately.
