Our testing and analysis will help you to become a better athlete. This is not just for the elite, anybody, no matter your age or experience, can benefit from

  • Having a better understanding of your personal physiology and individual strengths and weaknesses
  • Having a more comfortable, more efficient position on your bike
  • Understanding how to improve run specific strength or improve run form to reduce injury risk
  • Knowing how to improve your swim technique to let you swim faster with less effort

After your session you will receive a report with copies of your videos and assessment and recommendations for exercises, drills and techniques to keep the improvements coming.
