- Understanding how to improve run specific strength or improve run form to reduce injury risk
- Knowing how to improve your swim technique to let you swim faster with less effort
After your session you will receive a report with copies of your videos and assessment and recommendations for exercises, drills and techniques to keep the improvements coming.
