Free Run Gait Analysis
We are your local independent triathlon shop based in Aberdeen. We strive on offering our customers the best customer service and value we can. Running shoes is very personal to the individual and this is why we believe testing a number of shoes and getting a run gait analysis is the quickest way of getting you in a pair of shoes you will love.
The brand new Cloudboom Echo has flown off the shelves since being released. ON have developed this shoe to be 'your fastest marathon shoe'. It includes a carbon-infused speedboard providing that explosive feeling under your foot. We would typically recommend this shoe for race day at all distances and key training sessions. Thanks to the ultralight mesh it weighs in at 220 grams but still provides maximum cushioning, especially towards the heel for when you start to tire on race day. It provides a twin layer of cloud tec, one above the speedboard and one below. This places the superfoam directly under your heel and forefoot for improved comfort.
If you are looking for an alternative lightweight shoe option, why not take a look at the Cloudflow

Size Advice
Running shoe sizing is very personal but we would recommend that you have sufficient width that you can wiggle your feet and enough space at the front. We typically recommend around half a thumbs width to give you sufficient space. This usually results in you going up half a size from your regular shoe size. These elements are all key to avoid you suffering from blisters, rubbing, pins and needles and black toenails.
