Good or bad nutrition in training and racing can easily make or break your event. Join us as we look at the critical elements of achieving optimal nutrition for your long-distance endurance events. During the talk we'll discuss the factors that influence your nutrition needs as well as provide you with insights on how to better prepare from a nutrition standpoint.

This talk is for all levels of endurance runners, we aim to equip you with the key areas that will help you improve your running alongside the factors that could be limiting your performance and how to avoid the common mistakes
1/2 day Run workshop
Saturday 9th December13:00 - 17:00
The 1/2 day run workshop is suitable for all levels of runners and our goal is to blend a mixture of running theory and practical to help you improve. The workshop includes some analysis of your run form and we work with you to build an individual action plan that defines the steps needed to improve.
